Terms of Natural Stone Supply & Inspection

The purchase and dispatch of natural marble, granite, and stone tiles from Mahadev Marble and Granite Pvt. Ltd. (MMG) are governed by standard Indian natural stone industry trade practices.

1. Inherent Geological Variation

Natural stone is an organic product of the earth. Vein density, natural fissures, crystal distribution, and background shade will vary between blocks and even between consecutive slabs cut from the same gangsaw block. Such variations constitute the inherent aesthetic value of genuine stone and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.

2. Yard Inspection & Dry Lay

Clients and their appointed architects are strongly advised to inspect slabs at our Raghunathpura, Kelwa yard prior to final loading. Once slabs are approved, wooden-crated, and dispatched, claims concerning aesthetic veining or shade variations cannot be entertained.

3. Commercial Terms & Taxes

All quotations are subject to applicable GST (standard 18% on processed stone). Loading and wooden crating are handled at our facility; long-distance freight and transit insurance are arranged on the client's account.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions, contracts, and disputes are subject exclusively to the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
